LaNette is a Christian business woman who believes in leadership development, education and helping women become self-sufficient. Born and Raised in Fort Worth,Texas but currently enjoying the mountains and hiking trails in Colorado.
LaNette is currently a member of Omega Chi{Christian Organization}, Alpha Kappa Delta{Sociology Society}, and Sigma Kappa Delta {English Honor Society} and received a Bachelors of Science from Texas Wesleyan University and an Associates of Arts Degree from Tarrant County College. LaNette previously owned a small business called Just Pearlz and currently the Founder of Women With Gifts Intl., a nonprofit organization for women.
Because of her strong advocacy for women, LaNette has hosted awareness events such as I Survived Gospel Concert for women who suffered from domestic violence,sexual abuse and breast cancer, Hat & Heels for Single Mothers and Concerts 4 Coats. Using her life experiences and educational background, LaNette has been invited to speak at several Fort Worth ISD public schools to motivate students and has also created multiple bookclubs to educate and inspire teen girls.
LaNette strongly believes that change starts with one person… Her motto is she is “changing the world one person at a time.”
LaNette is a Marine and Police wife, Army Mom, and mom to innovative teen who dreams to be a hair stylist and make-up artist. Oh yea, she now has a grandRABBIT. Yes, she is a granny to a rabbit-{Massey} who she currently shares her home with.
LaNette believes in teaching and inspiring women from her PERSONAL experiences.
