Alone in the wilderness 

Your voice my only guide

Oh, how my past begged me to turn around 

You would not let me…

Many turned around

I followed You blindly

I knew there had to be more than 

the mediocre life I had lived

Religion caged me

You freed me

Many giants I faced

Many doors closed in my face 

Many questions…no answers 

In the confusion You asked me 

to surrender, to die daily 

Stripped me of everything to 

have Your way

You knew that my identity was 

hidden in Your love for me

My authority in our secret place encounters 

Your voice the sound of many waters

washed over me

I found me

I found You

Finally One with You

A Sacred Path

Father wants to move in…make His bride His dwelling place…the painful processes we are going through is to completely get rid of our “flesh”…daily Father wants us to surrender and “die” to self …Till deep only calls unto Deep and our spirit man is completely overtaken by Father God’s Spirit.

Had this conversation with a dear friend this morning…Both of us went through betrayal and unfaithfulness in our marriages. Looking back I can with all honesty say that Papa God was in every detail of my life… I had to walk this painful road for Father to have His way in my life. Before my “wildernes journey” it was all about “Ebigale”, my pain, selfishness, victim mentality and the list goes on…

Father stripped me in every area of my life, I had to make the decision to SEEK FIRST HIS KINGDOM, not money, houses or worldly success. The endless stripping and losses and heart and character transformation lead me to a wide open space in Papa God…He became my OBSESSION, my ONLY CONSTANT, the ONE my heart unknowingly longed for.

Everything this world has to offer fades in comparison in knowing JESUS. I could not stay the same after running into His HEART for me…I am forever wrecked and changed by the love of JESUS…Our wilderness journeys are there to strip, train and transform us, never to harm or destroy us…This sacred path of laying everything down…eventually leads us on the most beautiful path where Jesus was waiting for us all along.

Should you find yourself alone, rejected and broken….reach out to Papa God. He is only a breath away and He is waiting to take you on the most important journey with Him…Once you find your place in Him, nothing else will ever satisfy you again…We were created to minister to Jesus and He to us…oh what ecstasy to be known by Jesus…no greater LOVE…

Every Tear We Have Wept

The tears we shed – whether from our eyes or in our heart – will one day all be gone, never to come back.

God will wipe away every tear we have wept – He will wipe them all and there will never again be any anguish, sorrow, grief, mourning, or pain.

The old conditions and former order of things will all be gone too.

The power of prayer is awesome.

Here are six compelling reasons why:

(1) Prayer promises relief when we are anxious.

(2) Prayer connects us with God when we feel isolated and full of fear.

(3) Prayer frees our minds from the obsession to plan other people’s lives.

(4) Prayer helps us take action when we feel compelled to change the circumstances of our lives.

(5) Prayer becomes a wonderful resource to draw on when living through our painful moments.

(6) And prayer gives us the willingness to accept God’s solution for every problem that plagues us.

When it seems we have no recourse, we can always pray.
