The Theory Of Everything

Pioneering Scientist Stephen Hawking passes away at age 75.

This is on my newsfeed today.

One of his most quotable quotes.

On humanity: “We are just an advanced breed of monkeys on a minor planet of a very average star. But we can understand the Universe. That makes us something very special” – Interview in Der Spiegel, October 1988

He was considered. a groundbreaking scientist.

Today he meets the Creator who can answer ALL his earth shattering questions and bring him up to turbo speed on where our intelligence comes from that what makes us ALL very special and unique.

Mark 8:36

For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?”

This my friends could possibly explain the theory of everything.

God, open the eyes of the seekers to see you, their ears to hear you, and their hearts to receive you.

 In Jesus name,

Kelley Allison

WORTHY THOUGHT: Science is a man’s attempt to understand God’s artistic endeavors.

God created and revealed himself in the beginning by speaking. If we look up and all around you can see Him at every turn and what He has made. We should believe in science; God created things to be functional and useful, but be careful to not let it divide your faith.

The heavens declare the glory of God, and the sky proclaims the work of His hands. Day after day they pour out speech; night after night they communicate knowledge. –Psalms 19: 1-2

The instruction of the Lord is perfect, renewing one’s life; the testimony of the Lord is trustworthy, making the inexperience wise. –Psalm 19:7

Children Of Light

“Once your life was full of sins darkness, but now you have a very light of our Lord shining through you because of your union with him. Your mission is to live as children flooded with his revelation – light. And the supernatural fruits of his light will be seen in you – goodness, righteousness, and truth. In this revelation light, you will learn to choose what is beautiful to our Lord.” Ephesians 5:8-10 Passion version

As I get older I am trying to keep my life, relationships and thoughts simple.

Elementary my dear, that’s how I want to approach life.

Sweet and simple!

I came across these verses the other morning and I had a bright light bulb moment of shining revelation.

Don’t we all at some point want to know why we are here, what is our purpose for being born?
Well many not all of us, but I would say the thought probably passed most of our thinkers at some point in our life.
So here it is in theses verses our mission carved out for all to see who look for it.

It’s quite simple, my darling.

We are born into darkness.

We have the choice to be born again into the light.

We choose light, we are the Light. (carrying it through us)

We choose darkness, we are in darkness.

The Scientific Evidence that we have chosen light will be that three fruits will appear on our tree of light…..goodness, righteousness and truth.

Our mission statement:

Ephesians 5:9

“Your mission is to live as children flooded with his revelation – light.”

Notice the verses above remind us that it is through our union with him that we are able to shine bright.
That is kind of important.
You can’t turn on a light if it’s not plugged into the wall or hooked up to the source that gives it the electricity.
Get plugged into the true Source of Light so you can shine your goodness, righteousness and truth everywhere you go today.

The cool thing about light.
Once the light is on in a room all the darkness has to flee. It’s the law of light. (Not sure there is a law of light, but it can be proven scientifically)
Darkness can not exist in a lighted room.

Google it!!

Taste & See

Follow up on my Daily Communion Experiment:

A month ago I developed my hypothesis as I embarked upon my experiment.

Daily Communion

If I daily take communion at home,
then my relationship with Jesus will
draw me closer to God.

Time for me to analyze my results and develop my conclusions:

I started off just really out of curiosity what would happen if I took 5 minutes a day to stop and “break bread”. Next I would meditate on the thought of remembering what the blood and body of Christ on the cross represents to me.

I played music most days softly as I reflected and wrote down my thoughts in my journal.

Many times I was lead to particular scriptures that lead me to specific prayers.

Honestly, it became quite personal and revealing in a good way. God was showing me what was broken inside of me and could only be made whole through His body and cleansed through His blood. Of course, I have had this head knowledge for a long time. But something happened as it moved from my head to my heart. I had new revelations each day that were different and transforming.

I still can not fully explain the change inside of me.

It was like when you meet with a close friend and you never know where the conversation goes or the tone will land. But you know that you are comfortable to share and listen and sometimes just being there is enough.
You leave feeling loved and loving that person even in their biggest messes and mishaps.

That still really doesn’t fully explain the communion.

Remember our handy dandy definition?

the sharing or exchanging of intimate thoughts and feelings, especially when the exchange is on a mental or spiritual level.

I really couldn’t put my finger on it at first what was happening inside of me.

I just know I got results.
I was at peace during an extremely trying time.
I had more patience than I should have.
I found myself in a ultra super thankful mode even when circumstances proved otherwise.

It was like I was looking at every situation through a different spy glass.
My perception was changing.
Appreciating not complaining
Declaring not dreading
Full of faith not fear
Joy unexplainable at times.

I kind of forgot about my little experiment. Just plugging away really only missing maybe one or two days. I chose not to go into self condemnation. Just said to myself,”I won’t forget tomorrow!”.

Sometimes I was in a hurry and didn’t write anything down in my journal. I just took the elements from the fridge and made sure I said a prayer of thank you to God for His sacrifice.
I didn’t keep records of any right ways or wrong ways of participating in communion. I just did it.

One time I had to use water because I was out of town and didn’t want to carry grape juice on the airplane in my carry on luggage.
Jesus can still turn water into wine or grape juice in my case.

They say it takes 21 days to create a new habit.

Habit Formed

Habit of just taking five minutes to reflect and remember.

I purposely did not study or get anyone else’s opinion on taking daily communion. That was hard for me!!
I can be an information junkie.

I wanted God to show me the importance for myself and see what happened.

Well, He got me last night!!
I was listening to a totally unrelated subject on a cd series set of 5.
The last cd just happened to be about the importance of daily communion by this particular teacher.
It was NOT advertised anywhere on the cd set.
I got punked!!
Actually God graciously ended up giving me the research and study on the subject.
It all came together and I was directed in the Bible to several places communion was used and the importance of it to be daily for healing and restoration.
He knows I like to know more and where in the Bible it can all be found.

So my experiment is not over it is ongoing.
My hypothesis is proven true.

Yes, indeed it draws you closer to God through His Son Jesus.

I did not expect all the other fringe benefits that came along with the practice of daily communion.

My conclusion:
Nobody can really explain what happens.
You have to try it out for yourself.

Psalm 34:8
Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.

I have only begun to taste and see!

The Experiment

I am starting an experiment this week using the 5 steps of the scientific method.

The 5 Steps
1. Make an Observation
2. Develop a Hypothesis
3. Make an Experiment
4. Carry out the Experiment and Analyze results
5. Draw Conclusions

(I had to look them up!! I never taught science and personally thought it was meant to be used when you dissect cats in biology) POS
Personal Opinion Stated ❤️

Typically in my church life I have participated in Communion during a quarterly session. (four times a year)
One church we attended had Communion weekly.
Since I’m not into religion but rather relationship. I will not focus on man’s opinion but rather God’s and choose to be still and listen to see how the Holy Spirit directs me in the Word and through the process.

What if??
What if daily I had my own Communion at home?
Would it draw me closer to God?
I thought I would develop a hypotheses and ask the question.

A hypothesis is an educated guess about how things work.
Most of the time a hypothesis is written like this: “If _____[I do this] _____, then _____[this]_____ will happen.” (Fill in the blanks with the appropriate information from your own experiment.)

Here it goes….my testable hypothesis……. Drum roll… please…..

If I daily take communion at home,
then my relationship with Jesus will
draw me closer to God.

That’s my testable hypothesis and I will see over the course of my 1 week experiment if that is proven to be true for me.

Notice I am capitalizing Communion!
It’s set as important and proper these weeks as I seek out answers to my questions.

Materials: grape juice, Matzo crackers, shot glass (no judgements)

1)Each morning take the juice and cracker with reflection on the sacrifice that was made by our Savior on the cross
Focus on His blood shed
and His body broken for me
This do in remembrance of Him
2)Journal any thoughts or reflections
3)Look up Bible verses on subject

I will start with a praise and worship song as I take the elements and reflect on the things above.

Will check back with you on my findings!!

Let’s break Bread together!!
You can join me and see what happens along this journey of getting to know God in a more intimate way.
