When You Sing!

Instead of shouting a Oh’Hell Naw …

Let’s learn to instead raise a Hallelu-Yeah!

You’re weapon is a melody.

I raise a Hallelujah!!!!

With everything inside of me

I will watch the darkness flee

In the middle of the mystery

Fear you lost your hold on me!

Louder and Louder!

I raise a Hallelujah!

I go to sleep

In the middle of the storm.

I raise a Hallelujah!

Let’s hear our praises ROAR!

Up from the ashes

Hope will arise

Death is defeated

The King is alive!

Sing a little louder…

In the presence of my enemies

Sing a little louder…

Louder than the unbelief

Sing a little louder…

My weapon is a melody

Sing a little louder…

Heaven comes to fight for me

Louder and Louder!

Let’s hear our praises ROAR!

Up from the ashes

Hope will arise

Death is defeated

The King is alive!

What We Were Created To Do

Praise the Eternal!

Praise the True God inside His temple.

Praise Him beneath massive skies, under moonlit stars and rising sun.

2 Praise Him for His powerful acts, redeeming His people.

Praise Him for His greatness that surpasses our time and understanding.

3-4 Praise Him with the blast of trumpets high into the heavens, and praise Him with harps and lyres and the rhythm of the tambourines skillfully played by those who love and fear the Eternal.

Praise Him with singing and dancing; praise Him with flutes and strings of all kinds!

5 Praise Him with crashing cymbals, loud clashing cymbals!

6 No one should be left out;

Let every man and every beast— every creature that has the breath of the Lord—praise the Eternal!

Praise the Eternal!

If Psalm 150 is any indication, then the worship of the one True God ought to be full of life and energy.

Consider what it must have looked and sounded like in those days: voices lifted, shouting for joy, trumpets blaring, stringed instruments playing, people dancing, pipes humming, tambourines keeping rhythm, cymbals crashing.

There are times when worship ought to break out in joy.

Is it possible that our worship is too quiet, too reserved, too structured?

Psalm 150:1-6 The Voice (VOICE)

This doxology not only closes Book Five, but it also closes the entire Book of Psalms. Up until now, the songs in this book have reminded us of all the reasons we should praise God.

Some songs have even commanded us to praise Him. But this closing remark takes the command to praise one step further: everything alive—humans, animals, and heaven’s creatures—must praise Him.

Praise is what God created us to do; it is one of our highest purposes in life. So it is no wonder that the longest book of the Bible is purely devoted to helping us do just that.

Can You Feel It Now?

Here I lay my burdens down

Lose my worries in Your love

Casting every care on You

I have carried them enough

When the world

Becomes too much

Near the Cross I will remain

Until ever fear is stilled

At the mention of Your name

We’re not alone

Here within His Love

Emmanuel

He is still with us….

Mercy is Falling … Falling

Lift up your hands

Receive it now

Here in the presence of the Lord.

I know your past is broken

You can move on

it’s over now

Here in the presence of the Lord

Tired of running …running

Be still and know

He’s in control

Here in the presence of the Lord

Pour out your heart before Him

Open your arms

He will hold you now

Here in the presence of the Lord

Mercy is Falling .. Falling

Lift up your hands

Receive it now

You’re in the presence of the Lord …

Can you feel it now?

Put this song on repeat … ❤️👇🏻
