Sometime last year, during the middle of the pandemic and the world was on shut down, I used different hymns and “I Surrender All” was one of them. This song came to my mind again today as I was processing various scenarios being played out around me.

The world is no longer at a standstill, but there is still a lot of chaos. The enemy is trying to steal, kill and destroy GOD’s plan for His children. The act of daily surrendering to the Father, to our Messiah, it isn’t easy. We want what we want and we want it now. Laying EVERYTHING at His feet… often is easier said than done.

In the middle of the craziness, STOP and take the time to reflect on HIS plan for you. That means, SURRENDER. It means RELEASE of ALL you want. Give it to Him. Love and trust Him.

All to Jesus I surrender

All to Him I freely give

I will ever love and trust Him

In His presence daily live

All to Jesus I surrender

Humbly at His feet I bow

Worldly pleasures all forsaken

Take me Jesus take me now

I surrender all

I surrender all

All to Thee my blessed Savior

I surrender all

All to Jesus I surrender

Make me Savior wholly Thine

Let me feel the Holy Spirit

Truly know that Thou art mine

All to Jesus I surrender

Lord I give myself to Thee

Fill me with Thy love and power

Let Thy blessings fall on me

All to Jesus I surrender

Now I feel the sacred flame

Oh the joy of full salvation

Glory glory to His name

Judson W. Van DeVenter, 1896

The link to the song does not have all the verses, but Robin Mark is a favorite artist of mine and I love the photography in this video.

I pray that you are able to find HIS peace in the middle of the storm. Let HIS love and power fill you. Give glory to HIS name.

Shabbat Shalom,
