Don’t Pay Attention To The Man Behind The Curtain

On 11.2.20 I had a strange Vision of Gears ….

I knew God was speaking something to me …

but what?

11.3.20 Election day

We prayed – blew the shofar – worshipped and went to bed by 8 pm.

Later in the night I awoke out of a dead sleep.

I felt that it was eerily quiet — more so than normal.

I felt an awakening impression of “Calm Before The Storm” that we were within the “Eye of the Hurricane.” I started to feel a bit of panic and evil foreboding…

I jumped up and tapped my phone and it read 12:34…. I sighed a bit of relief because that is my God Wink time … all numbers in alignment … I always say; “1234 Get Ready for More!”

But More of what? … it didn’t feel as exciting as all the God Winks before …

I decided to check social media for election results … nothing but negative comments and nothing reported …

I went back to sleep and prayed off and on all night in the spirit.

I awoke to a verse Proverbs 3:23 I had from a dream a few days prior and the word “Steadfast.”

My child, never drift off course from these two goals for your life: to walk in wisdom and to discover discernment. Don’t ever forget how they empower you. For they strengthen you inside and out and inspire you to do what’s right; you will be energized and refreshed by the healing they bring. They give you living hope to guide you, and not one of life’s tests will cause you to stumble. You will sleep like a baby, safe and sound— your rest will be sweet and secure. You will not be subject to terror, for it will not terrify you. Nor will the disrespectful be able to push you aside, because God is your confidence in times of crisis, keeping your heart at rest in every situation. —Proverbs 3:21-26 TPT

The 2nd awakening impression / phrase I had is “I will not be shaken.” And I knew from a week ago that I had that verse from a dream. Psalm 62:2.

For God alone my soul waits in silence; From Him comes my salvation. He alone is my rock and my salvation, My defense and my strong tower; I will not be shaken or disheartened. —Psalm 62:1-2 AMP

I used both verses for our family text thread of daily devotions.

I also used Psalm 62:2 as my Thankful for today.

I finished my usual posts and podcasts and checked a few posts that I felt agreed with what I was feeling in my spirit.

I asked the Lord — “What am I to unpack from all this? “

Pray… Rest … Remain Steadfast… Don’t believe the lies… God is still working… He is not shaken so neither are you…Keep declaring… Keep Praying… God always win!

As I went into the kitchen to grab my coffee I saw the strange gear vision again … I recognized the scene from somewhere this time … I was searching my memory on where was that from before ???

I felt the movie “The Wizard Of Oz” drop in my mind.

I got excited and was Yes! It was the gears behind the curtains in Oz!

The movie theme from that scene was perception vs reality ….

Hmmm… but still … I didn’t know what exactly God was showing me.

I texted with my sister and told her … she replied … “In the movie – they think it is some great and powerful Oz only to realize an ordinary man behind the curtain.”

And in the movie when the curtain is moved to reveal the gears and the behind the scenes workings and deception the reply to Dorothy and the others is …

“Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain…”

👀😳🧐

I could be wrong — I am still unpacking … but I believe God is saying….

Perception and reality is being revealed in this hour.

That the man/men behind the curtain/s of corruption and deception is being exposed.

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain…..

God is revealing hearts and changing minds for those that have been deceiving.

God is fighting and righting the wrongs.

You must continue to trust. You must continue to believe. You must continue to pray that God will make a way where there seems no way.

Turn off the news. Get on your face before the Lord. Do not give in to the lies and deception no matter how bad it perceives to be … that is not God’s reality!

Again! Pay no attention to the men/women behind the curtain/s…

They are all being exposed and will reveal the reality of all things hidden.

Steadfast! – Be Unshaken Warriors and don’t give up!

Love—Living for Jesus

We’ve all seen the romantic movies and seen young love in person—the hope, the elation, the infatuation.

These glimpses of romantic love are not false; they are just part of the story. The “happily ever after” part is often assumed, but it is anything but certain. After the honeymoon, Christ is going to be desperately needed in order for two separate souls to become one and learn to cherish each other even while forgiving, forbearing, and even over-looking each other’s shortcomings.

The same thing is true in friendships, work relationships, and even in churches. Agape love (God’s selfless, unconditional love) will need to come in to each and every situation to allow us to transcend the rough realities of living in this fallen world.

Sometimes, we might be deceived into believing that God is only needed in crisis situations, but, in reality, he is needed in our daily waking, working, and resting life.

We only need the faith and the humility to yield our moments to him and his sovereign will.

If we learn how to do this, then there will indeed be “happily ever after.”

Our work, our friendships, and our families will be redeemed and transformed into works of beauty for the world to witness the majesty of Christ and the sufficiency of his grace and power to sustain and prosper his children.

We need him hour by hour, year in and year out.  And he needs for us to be in step with him in order for his will to be accomplished in our generation.  To God be the glory, honor and power!
