For I will Yet Praise Him

In Proverbs 18 it says, “The human spirit can endure in sickness, but a crushed spirit who can bear?”

Have you ever had a time where you just felt broken, vulnerable to a world full of contention and mockery?

Have you been exhausted from the things in life thrown at you?

Perhaps you felt, or feel that there is nothing left to give?

Moments like these cause us to question our purpose, our identity, and God’s love and presence in our life.

God wants to meet us in the places that seem too difficult to move in.

The Lord has a plan for us all, and He understood it entirely before we were born.

Have you ever tried to surrender your pain, shame, guilt, or exhaustion to Him? If not, he awaits you. He lavished you with the riches of His grace and love.

My arms are wide open.

I feel naked and vulnerable.

I know that when I am weak,

you make me strong.

I will be free because I am broken for you.

God, here I am.

I surrender.

For I will yet praise you Lord.

Teach me. Guide me. Change me. Love me.

Help me to understand your intended purpose for my life.

Baring His Beauty,

Tiffany Thomas
