The Lord is good all of the time. I had an encounter with a young man on a plane last week. We were strangers, yet we had something in common. We both had a past life of hurts and the produced scarred relationships. Our conversation was short but it was meaningful.
God’s presence was vibrant in that place.
He wanted this young man to understand there was more to life than the restrictions pain left him in. He used me that day to offer a message of hope, a message of thankfulness. I may never see him again and that’s okay because God is with him. He never left him. A seed was planted and I pray this young mans heart is open to the freedom that awaits him. God’s love endures forever and I offer thanks for the mercy of goodness that dwells in the father who awaits us all.
Lord, I thank you for all that you are, all that you have been, and for what you will always be. ~ You are the goodness we all search for ~ May we find it in you only, amen.
