Accept Forgiveness

God forgives us even when we can’t forgive ourselves.

The Bible says there is not a just man on earth who does good and does not sin.

We all make mistakes!

Can you tell everyone in your life that no matter what they do against you that you will forgive them? God does that for you! Forgiving us is one of God’s ways of showing His love for us. God’s love for us is so great that His forgiveness releases us from our past and our mistakes we make in the now and the future. God forgives again and again and again. Now that is love!
God is not sitting up there waiting to strike us with lightning if we disobey Him.  When we repent and humble ourselves before Him, He is quick to forgive.

God wants to save us not condemn us (John 3:17 )

When we humble ourselves and confess, repent and worship Him, He is quick to restore us. And it does not matter how badly we have strayed from His ways He will always receive us back.

But we seem to forget that His forgiveness is always there for us and instead we run with guilt.  We seem to think we have to do something to make up for what we have done and we can not. Because He already has.

So today on this beautiful day you have been so freely gifted to by Him, if you have done something wrong confess it and ask Him to help you not to do it again. Then lift up your praise to God the forgiver of our souls and let Him pour out His love on you this day.

Accept His forgiveness and do not look back.

It’s done and today is a new day.
 God bless you, my friends

Stand Firm

WORTHY THOUGHT: How are we to be strong? God will never ask me to do what He does not enable me to do.

Finally my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers against rulers of darkness of this world and against spiritual wickedness in high places.

-Ephesians 6:10-12

Life today is not a playground- it is a spiritual battlefield!

The danger on the battlefield is that we do not take the enemy seriously, we get so sidetracked with our busy lives and therefore fail to put on the whole armor of God.

Never under estimate the strategy and strength of the devil.

Jesus Christ in us we have spiritual authority and the gospel armor to withstand the enemy.

Stand firm and be strong with The Lord put on the full armor of God everyday and be of good courage.~ Angela Lipe-Pattengill
