Exercise-Part 2 Love Extraordinaire

Review from yesterday:

The definition of extraordinaire is someone who is out-of-the-ordinary and extremely skilled in a particular trade.
How does one become skilled at a trade or sport.

Practice, Practice and Practice!!!

I wish I could wake one morning up as a skilled piano player. It’s not going to happen because I didn’t want to practice, practice and practice when my parents gave me lessons and bought me a piano many years ago!!

I shared the revelations that God showed me about where I was lacking in the love department.
Unfortunately, unless I practice what I learn I will not wake tomorrow morning and be an expert at easily loving others with ease and grace!!

I will have to practice, practice and more practice.

So let’s get started with just one exercise that can help us become the out-of-the-ordinary love extraordinaire.

Review the Love Chapter
I Corinthians 13: 8:10

Love never gives up.
Love cares more for others than for self.
Love doesn’t want what it doesn’t have.
Love doesn’t strut,
Doesn’t have a swelled head,
Doesn’t force itself on others,
Isn’t always “me first,”
Doesn’t fly off the handle,
Doesn’t keep score of the sins of others,
Doesn’t revel when others grovel,
Takes pleasure in the flowering of truth,
Puts up with anything,
Trusts God always,
Always looks for the best,
Never looks back,
But keeps going to the end.
Love never dies.

Now fill it in with your name and personalize it.
You become love❤️

____________ never gives up.
I care more for others than for my self.
I don’t want what I don’t have.
I don’t strut, (unless it’s in a dance)
I don’t have a swelled head,
I don’t force myself on others, (including my children, darn diggity)
Isn’t always “me first,”
I don’t fly off the handle, 😁
I don’t keep score of the sins of others,
I don’t revel when others grovel,
I take pleasure in the flowering of truth,
I put up with anything, (oh dear)
I trust God always,
Always looking for the best,
Never looking back,
I will keep going to the end.
Christ’s love in me never dies.

You can cut and paste the exercise and put it in your notes on your phone as a reminder. Or you could just make a tattoo of it on your forehead. Lift up your bangs and read it in the mirror each morning. It will be backwards so fix accordingly. ❤️
